Go beyond PropTech

Frame you as a tech expert more generally, with PropTech,
fintech, Web3, and AI as accents rather than the whole identity.

Not tied to Meey Group

Position you as a female global operator with authority in
emerging markets and digital transformation.

Keep the pillars flexible

The content pillars should be able to change from month to month to refect subject matter much wider than PropTech or AI alone.

Feedback Summary

The content architecture is in the right place, but the positioning should feel broader, more general, and less tied to Meey Group or PropTech alone.

03
Anh's POV

Broadening content
should expand
the range,
Not dilute the
signal

Adding more topics would only work if we could offer a point of view that reflects the core idea of who you are.

What we want to avoid is content that covers too many topics without a clear direction. To build a long-term audience, your content needs to be consistent and focused.

But that does not mean the content pillars cannot evolve in the future.

04
Proposed core idea

Léonie is the global operator
and tech expert helping
emerging markets through
digital transformation.

This positioning can hold AI, Web3, fintech, PropTech, cross-border investment,
and leadership without feeling scattered.

THREE ANCHORS
THAT HOLD THE RANGE

01

Global Operator

Female leadership, public authority, and cross-market operating judgment.

02

Tech Expert

Technology fluency across AI, Web3, fintech, PropTech, product thinking, and digital transformation.

03

Emerging Markets

Regional fluency, local market complexity, and on-the-ground transformation insight.

05

Every post should come back to at least one of these, so the platform compounds instead of drifting.

06

Five territories
Weekly prioritisation

Research will run across all five. Each week, we choose the strongest 3 topics based on timing, audience value, and your current focus.

Territory 01

Frontier Tech in Practice

Territory 02

Emerging Market Playbooks

Territory 03

Cross-Border Capital

Territory 04

Operator Notes

Territory 05

Leadership & Visibility

AI, Web3, fintech, PropTech, and what adoption looks like beyond the hype.

How growth, trust, regulation, talent, and infrastructure behave in complex markets.

Investment, VC, private banking, deal flow, and the capital lens on digital transformation.

Scaling, partnerships, execution, and operator judgment from inside the arena.

Female leadership, global perspective, founder judgment, and public authority.

How your voice can evolve

07

RECOGNISABLE VOICE

Even when the subject changes, the perspective should still feel clearly and recognisably Léonie.

Consistency over novelty

We build trust by staying focused, not by jumping between too many disconnected topics.

Evolve with intention

The content pillars can evolve over time, but they should do so deliberately rather than drift week to week.

AI-powered
content engine

01

Weekly research pipeline

Topics across AI, Web3, fintech, PropTech, investment, and emerging markets so the weekly mix feels diverse without losing relevance.

02

Voice-first drafting

Posts shaped around a point of view that reflects the core idea of who you are, not generic commentary or recycled templates.

03

Review & publish rhythm

A focused weekly shortlist, approval-ready drafts, and a cadence that builds consistency without taking over your week.

08

A system that positions you more broadly as a global operator and tech expert, while building a consistent long-term audience around technology, emerging markets, and digital transformation.
